A wonderful blend of Hepple Wild Juniper gin, Hotel Starlino Rose, Grapefruit Liqueur, Gentian Liqueur and hop bitters make up this juicy, aromatic, zesty and pleasantly bitter aperitif. It is absolutely delicious, and it's pink to boot!

Freeze the bottle for an hour before serving, and pour liberally over ice and garnish with a grapefruit segment. Enjoy!
